Family-Run Since 1980, Family-Treated Since Day One

Pool Rangers is looking for pool service technicians to run routes across North Miami and the surrounding area. The core of the job is pool maintenance: cleaning, balancing chemicals, and checking equipment on a set schedule. It sounds simple written out, but every property is a little different, and Miami's heat, storms, and salt air all affect a pool in ways that take time to learn to read.

Getting Started

New technicians don't start on their own route right away. You'll ride along with someone more experienced first and learn how the work actually gets done day to day, not just what's covered in training. Once you're running your own route, you'll work in Skimmer, the software we run the business on, to log readings, track equipment, and keep the office and the field on the same page about what's happening at each property. We hire when the work is there, not on a set schedule, so an open position usually means we need someone on the road soon.

Pool Rangers is a small, family-run company, and that shapes how we manage our team. We'd rather have people stick around and grow into the job than cycle through hires every few months, and several of our technicians have been with us for years. In practice, that means a schedule you can plan your life around, equipment that works, and owners who know your name and what you're good at. What the Work Is Like

This is outdoor, physical work, and Miami summers aren't easy. It's also a job where the routine stays the same, but the day-to-day rarely does: different properties, different equipment, different problems to solve. What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service skills
Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving history
CPO Certification, or the willingness to obtain one
Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather
